The verification engine

The 5 verification levels, explained

Each level is performed by real people and recorded in the property's report. The more levels a listing clears, the higher its trust score.

Identity verification

We confirm the seller is a real, identifiable person — citizenship document plus a live selfie match. No anonymous sellers, no impersonation.

Ownership verification

The Lalpurja (land ownership certificate) and malpot tax receipts are cross-checked against the government LRIMS land records database.

Document verification

Our team reviews the full paper trail — prior transfers, partition (बण्डा) deeds, plot numbers and stated dimensions for internal consistency.

Site visit verification

A field agent physically visits the plot, geo-tags it, photographs it and confirms it matches the map, the access road and the description.
