What may be retained, and why
A small amount of data must be kept to comply with Nepali law and to prevent fraud. Where we keep it, it is anonymized — stripped of details that identify you and no longer linked to your profile.
Financial & transaction records
Payments, escrow milestones and verification-order receipts are kept in an anonymized form to meet Nepal's tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations.
Legal & compliance records
Where the law requires us to retain a record (for example a completed property transaction or a KYC audit trail), it is de-identified and separated from your profile.
How long it takes
When you delete your account from within the app or this page, your account and personal profile are deactivated and removed immediately. Any personal data held in backups is purged within 30 days. Requests made by email are actioned within 30 days of us verifying your identity.
